Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynetic-Systems 170008 C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eastern products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eagle-Signal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Albany-International product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eastern such as the 311090 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HP40A6 manufactured by Eagle-Signal and we are pleased to be able to service most Eagle-Signal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EA1001REVBSLNoD480 by Manufacturer Albany-International as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynisco-Instruments Brand PT462435CB1218 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Earnhardt-Leimer such as RK1150 equipment made by Earnhardt-Leimer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Earnhardt-Leimer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Earnhardt-Leimer" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A400JDY111 by Eaton and RK1150 spares by Earnhardt-Leimer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 421026502 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
